Simon leads the design and implementation of strategies to promote the company’s culture and vision. He oversees the group’s operations with a strong sense of innovation and commercial approach.

Simon has a background in law, business transformation, health, safety and environment (HSE) governance, risk management, auditing, training, construction and engineering NVQ assessments. Simon has facilitated transactions, advised and held senior positions within various sectors including but not limited to construction and engineering, oil and gas, railways, manufacturing, telecommunications and facility management.
